Our process is simple: upload your recommendation letter once, and we'll handle sending it to all the institutions the applicant is applying to. This saves you from having to submit the same letter multiple times to different places.

No, our service is completely FREE for recommenders. We understand your time is valuable, and we aim to make the recommendation process as efficient as possible for you.
What file formats are accepted for letter uploads?
We accept PDF, DOC, and DOCX file formats for recommendation letters. Please ensure your letter includes your signature and is on official letterhead when appropriate.
How secure is my letter once uploaded?
We take security seriously. Your letters are encrypted and stored securely. Only the designated institutions specified by the applicant will receive the letters. The applicant will not have access to view the content of your letter.
Can I edit my letter after uploading?
Yes, once you create an account, you can log in at any time to replace or update your letter before it's sent to institutions. After a letter has been sent, you'll need to contact our support team for any changes.
