For Recommenders (Letter Writers):
FREE. Letter Service is free of charge for letter writers.
Recommenders can upload their letters to our system directly. Uploading instructions will be emailed to recommenders when Applicant sends a letter request to their recommenders.
For Institutions (Letter Recipients):
FREE. Letter Service is free of charge for letter recipients (i.e. institutions such as schools and employers).
Based on Applicant's requests, we will deliver the letters by mail, email, upload to your websites or you may access the letters from our website. Employers and schools are encouraged to use our free service to receive letters of recommendation.
For Applicants:
There is a fee for Applicants to store their letters of recommendation and have letters delivered to organizations (employers / schools).
Upon Applicant's request, we deliver letters of recommendation to admission offices, search / selection committees, employers and other organizations.
The information of letter recipients must be legitimate and verifiable.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. All costs are transparently listed on this page. You only pay for the services you select during the ordering process.
How long will my letters be stored?
Your letters will be stored for the duration of your membership (one, three, or five years depending on your selection). You can renew your membership to extend storage.
Can I change my delivery method after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your delivery method before the letter is processed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to make any changes.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds for services that have not yet been processed. Once a letter has been sent, we cannot provide a refund. Please review our refund policy for more details.
